Jeffrey Robert Morris (born February 24, 1964) is an American politician of the Democratic Party. He is a member of the Washington House of Representatives, representing the 40th Legislative District. Morris, a member of the Tsimshian First Nations, is one of two self-identified American Indians, along with John McCoy who is a member of the Tulalip Tribes of Washington, in the Washington State Legislature. Morris currently serves on the Executive Committee of the National Conference of State Legislatures and is the past Chair of the Council of State Governments-West and past President of the Pacific Northwest Economic Region. ==References==
